Mindfulness for Educators’ Mental Health: Cultivating Resilience and Well-being

This five-day workshop is designed to equip educators with practical mindfulness techniques and strategies to enhance their mental health and well-being. Participants will learn to manage stress, reduce burnout, and cultivate resilience through mindfulness practices. The course includes theoretical knowledge, practical exercises, and reflective activities, aiming to integrate mindfulness into professional practice and school environments.
