Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 1.7.2024.

By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Course enrollment and payment

• Enrollment confirmation: Your participation is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from Europe Training Studio.
• Payment terms: Full payment of the course fee is required to secure your spot at least 30 days prior the start of the course. All fees are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Erasmus+ funding: Participants utilizing Erasmus+ grants must provide relevant documentation during enrollment.

2. Cancellation policy

By participants:

• More than 21 days before course start: Full refund of the course fee.
• Between 14 and 21 days before course start: 50% refund of the course fee.
• Less than 14 days before course start: No refund, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness) with supporting documentation.
• Substitutions: You may transfer your enrollment to another individual by notifying us at least 3 days before the course begins.

By Europe Training Studio:

• If we cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient enrollment, instructor illness), you may choose between:

• • A full refund of the course fee.
  • Transfer to another course of equal value.

3. Course modifications

• We reserve the right to modify course content, schedule, location, and instructors as necessary. Significant changes will be communicated promptly, and participants may opt for a refund or transfer in such cases.

4. Intellectual property

• All course materials are the intellectual property of Europe Training Studio and its partners. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

5. Privacy and data protection

• We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://europetrainingstudio.com/privacy-policy/. By enrolling, you consent to this processing.

6. Liability

• Europe Training Studio is not liable for personal property loss or damage during courses. Participants are advised to secure appropriate insurance.
• Our liability for direct damages is limited to the total course fee paid.

7. Governing law and dispute resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes will be resolved amicably; if unsuccessful, they will be submitted to the competent courts in Zagreb.
