NLP for effective educators

NLP (Neuro Language Programming) is mainly used to teach NLP but it can be effectively used to teach other subjects and skills. Certain aspects of it can be valuable to educators to improve teaching effectiveness, to find different ways to reach their students and improve communication with them, establish rapport, give feedback that motivates and to create a supportive atmosphere in the classroom , to find the right way to teach the students so they can benefit the most from their teaching. By using basic NLP techniques daily, we can notice positive results very quickly and the improvement will be more easily achieved.

Knowing about NLP strategies and techniques gives teachers the advantage of understanding what motivates their students and adapting teaching to suit them. In this course participants will learn some of the strategies that can be used to incorporate NLP into the classroom, how to communicate effectively and through practical examples, the way it can be used in the teaching environment.

  Goals setting -how to use NLP techniques to enhance motivation
  How to help students set and achieve realistic goals by guiding them in setting objectives, breaking them down into manageable steps, and celebrating achievements.

  How to establish clear learning objectives, help students understand what is expected and creat a sense of purpose in the learning process.
